Cookie Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-02. Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This page lists every cookie and every piece of browser storage the Spiritual Warrior Project platform uses. It covers app.swproject.co.uk and the SW Project app.
The short version
We only use cookies that are strictly necessary to sign you in and keep your place. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. We do not let any other company set cookies through our site. That is why you are not asked to accept cookies: the law does not require consent for cookies the service cannot work without.
Cookies we set
None of these are set when you only browse the public pages, watch the film or fill in the application. They are set when you sign in.
swp_session. Keeps you signed in. Without it you would have to sign in on every page. Lasts: Up to 30 days, renewed while you use the platform. Deleted when you sign out.swp_pending_2fa. Remembers that you have entered your password correctly while you enter your authenticator code. Lasts: 5 minutes.
Browser storage (not cookies)
The application form also uses your browser’s session storage. This stays on your device, is never sent to us as a cookie, and is cleared when you close the tab.
sw_apply_draft. Saves your application form as you type, so a reloaded page does not lose your answers. Lasts: Until you close the browser tab.sw_film_watched, sw_film_token. Remembers that you have watched the intro film, which comes before the application form. Lasts: Until you close the browser tab.
Third parties
When you pay, you are sent to Fiserv’s secure checkout page. That page is run by Fiserv, who may set their own cookies under their own policy. We do not control or receive them.
Controlling cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the cookies above, you will not be able to sign in, but the public pages and the application form will still work.
Changes
If we ever add a cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will update this page first and ask for your consent before setting it.
